Return and Refund Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from PrideSupply. If you need to return an item, we're here to help.

5-Day Return Policy: You have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it – unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please have your receipt or proof of purchase on hand.

Starting a Return: To start a return, contact us at PrideSupply.co.uk@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will promptly evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods. Additionally, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards. If you have questions about the return eligibility of a specific item, please get in touch.

Exchanges: For a quick exchange, return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period: If your merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The same conditions apply: the item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that processing times by your bank or credit card company may vary.
